Shipping policy
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
The time your package takes to reach you depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates are provided for general reference only. We cannot guarantee any specific delivery date or delivery time, as shipping times may be affected by courier delays, weather, holidays, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Canada Shipping Only
Sauna Style currently ships to Canada only. Orders are fulfilled from Canada, so you don't have to worry about unexpected import or duty fees or long international delivery times.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sudbury, Ontario.
We are not currently accepting orders from outside of Canada.

Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 business days for Canadian orders.
We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier or postal service. Although orders normally arrive sooner, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until the applicable waiting period has elapsed.
If you believe your order is delayed or lost, please contact us so we can help review the shipment status.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you are responsible for any additional delivery costs required to re-deliver your order to a corrected address.
We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
International Shipping
As of November 11, 2025, Sauna Style only ships orders within Canada.
We are not currently accepting orders from outside of Canada.
Customs, Duties and Import Fees
Because Sauna Style currently ships within Canada only, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, and cross-border customs clearance generally do not apply to standard customer orders shipped within Canada.
If Sauna Style makes an exception for a shipment outside of Canada, any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, customs clearance delays, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Sauna Style is not responsible for paying these fees or rates.
