Are you based in Canada?

Yes! Sauna Style is based in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. We operate out of the Nordic Energy Systems showroom.

Can I pick up locally?

Yes! Pickup is available for free inside Nordic Energy in Sudbury Ontario. If you'd like to place your order online, just select "Local Pickup" in the shipping step. We'll let you know when your order is ready.

How do I track an order?

Once we ship your order, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Be sure to check your spam folder or other filters if you don't see the email.

How do I return or refund an order?

If you need to return your order, please contact us to begin that process. Be sure to reference your order number so we can help you quickly. Please read up on our refund policy before beginning the process.

Are your packages insured?

Whether a package is insured or not depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

We offer a few different shipping options to suit your various needs. You can view the table in our shipping policy to pick which option is best for you. If you need your package faster or would like a specific courier, feel free to contact us to request special arrangements.

How do you handle orders that go through customs?

We ship from Canada to Canada. So since there are no border crossings to worry about, there are also no surprise duty fees to worry about!

Do you offer gift options for orders?

Sauna Style does not offer any official gift wrapping service at this time. However, we would love to work with you to try create the gift experience that you're imagining. Extra charges may apply. Contact us to let us know what you have in mind!
