Refund Policy
Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable or digital products
Custom, special-order, or made-to-order products
Clearance, final sale, or discontinued items
Items that have been used, installed, assembled, altered, damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items not returned in their original packaging
Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
Partial Refunds
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted, including:
Any item not in its original condition
Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that shows signs of use, installation, assembly, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product
Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery, if a return is accepted at our discretion
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often additional processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items, clearance items, final sale items, and discontinued items are not eligible for refund unless required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at info@saunastyle.ca before sending your item back.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at info@saunastyle.ca with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
We will review the issue and advise you on the next steps.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your approved return. Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate or store credit may be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue any approved refund to the original purchaser using the original method of payment.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Return Shipping Insurance
If you are shipping an item with a value over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
